§ 3. Council ballots.

Latest version.

The names of all candidates for Mayor or the Council, as hereinbefore provided, except such as may have withdrawn, died, or become ineligible, shall be printed on the official ballot with or without party designations.

If two (2) candidates have the same surnames, or have names so similar as to be likely to cause confusion, the addresses of the places of residence shall be placed on the ballot.

The order in which the names of such candidates are to be printed on the ballot shall be determined by a drawing, as provided by the State Election Code.
