§ 7. Franchise records.

Within six (6) months after the effective date of this provision of the Charter, every public utility operating within the City and every owner of a public utility franchise within the City shall file with the City Clerk certified copies of all franchises owned or claimed or under which such utility is operating within the City.

The City shall compile and maintain a public record of all public utility franchises.
